- Wear Cotton Clothes - synthetic clothes can also be the cause of atopic eczema. Therefore, you should avoid them, instead wear the ones which are made up of cotton.
- Avoid being Stressed - stress can also lead to the development of atopic eczema. Thus, it pays a lot to avoid stress by having enough rest everyday.
- Eat Healthy Food - apparently, there is a great connection between food and your body. The more junks you eat, the more susceptible your body becomes to diseases and disorders. Take healthy diet and food everyday to prevent atopic eczema from developing.
